Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves.   Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals.

If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line…

But don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you’ve never run before. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 10K run (6.2 miles). You’ll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Classes will meet for 10 weeks and will finish with a real race. We will meet as a class two days per week and you will run 1-2 days per week on your own.


Our preview class is a sampling of the types of workouts we do during Body Back. The exercise portion of this class will be 45 minutes with a question and answer period to follow. Child are welcome in a stroller - however during a normal Body Back class, no children attend class. FREE for all new Body Back attendees.
