Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m 25 years old and an avid lover of coffee, home decor, photography, staying active, and most importantly, spending time with my family!
My husband Mat and I have one son, Walker (April 2023). I have had a passion for fitness since I was in my teens. It became harder to workout after having my son. The never ending mom guilt of leaving him to go to the gym… wanting to workout, but also wanting to spend time with him. I had followed Fit4Mom Brentwood on Instagram for quite some time and one day finally decided to take the jump and go to my first class. It has truly been the best decision I’ve made in my postpartum era!
My goal as your instructor is to help you feel strong and confident whether you are pregnant, freshly postpartum or a few years into motherhood. My favorite motto is “strong, not skinny”. I want to help moms focus on feeling their best in their body that has endured so much!
